![]() After me, he picked up a family of five who he spoke to in Spanish. The driver did not pick me up until 10:20 am. I pre-paid SuperShuttle Share-ride service to be picked up from JFK Airport on Aug 1,2023, at 9:30 am. SuperShuttle aka Go AirLink NYC has Spanish racist drivers. SuperShuttle should also put in a GPS system that strategically tells the driver who is to be dropped off first and not waste the customers' time or SuperShuttle's.ΔΆ. ![]() He owes me an apology and I would like that in writing and that he will never do this again to any SuperShuttle customer. I cannot write what I really feel about this horrible experience out of respect for others. He should be re-trained to respect all of SuperShuttle's Customers and not pull some bull that will hurt that company. Supershuttle should do something about how this horrible man treatment me. I got out with them at the Days INN Hotel on 53rd St and took a cab home at 12:10pm ( my plane landed at (9:15am). This horrible man went out of his way to please the Spanish family. I have taken SuperShuttle/GoLink many times and the drivers come down the FDR and drop customers off going south strategically. You have to drive past 86 St to get to 53 St! I understand some Spanish and he was favoriting them when I was the first customer picked up (he was late 40 min) and I live on the upper west side of Manhattan. I asked him why he went past my stop, and he tried to explain, "53rd St comes first?" What the hell? He is a brown skin Spanish racist. I live on the upper west side of Manhattan (86th St), he drove past my area and took the Spanish family to 53rd and 10th Ave. The driver did not pick me up until 10:20am. In the meantime, a supervisor from GoExpress called me to apologize and help as needed. Finally, after 15 minutes, the taxi driver received the needed info for the transfer into city. The surrounding noises made it very difficult to hear. I recalled the help desk/agent who was different agent. The taxi driver was wiling to transport us BUT he did not receive info (destination and that we had prepaid) via his electronic device. I called the help desk/'agent which did not help. Driver DID NOT KNOW of the arrangement with GoExpress. The airport "Starter (at the designated taxi location) called for taxi after I showed him the email instructions. At O'Hare, we tried to follow those instructions. We prompt tly received email confirmation with detailed clear instructions for getting taxi. Service: RESERVATION (prepaid ) for Taxi transfer from Chicago O'Hare airport to downtown hotel We made the reservation one week in advance. He was also friendly and professional Go Express also sent a text to me to confirm that a ll went well. On the day of my ride, a driver was waiting for me at the hotel's entrance. Two days before my return flight, I called Go Exprerss and confirmed my ride. The driver took me and he was very pleasant. Suddenly, a person in a red vest showed up and he did not the driver to take me stating that it wasn't his turn. I explained things to the driver and he spoke with the person on the phone. This Go Express rep was very patient and stayed on the phone with me. I finally found one, but the driver in a very messy car would not take me. This time, they told me to look for a Flash taxi. Again, there was no person in a red vest. I called again and they told me to go back to the original terminal and look for a person in a red vest. After being on hold for 12 minutes (timed), they disconnected the call. I called again (by the way, the phone number reaches an office in some distant location). There was a counter in that terminal but it had not been staffed in a long time-many months. The information counter in the airport told me to go to the next terminal as there was a Go Express counter there. I was told to look for a person wearing a red vest. After searching for 15 minutes, I called Go Express. Upon exiting the terminal, I could not find a Go Express taxi. ![]() I reserved the taxi level service from O'Hare Airport in Chicago to downtown.
